This module will enable victim advocates to:

1. Understand the legal obligations of colleges and universities to respond to sexual violence on campus.
2. Recognize the impact a school’s response to a sexual assault can have on a simultaneous case in the criminal justice system.
3. Utilize advocacy techniques for helping student sexual assault victims who are navigating both an internal school process and the criminal justice system.
