This module will enable victim advocates to:

1. Develop supportive advocacy tools for helping sexual assault victims navigate every stage of the criminal justice system;
2. Identify effective techniques for communicating with criminal justice system professionals and for helping victims navigate the criminal justice system when criminal justice system professionals refuse to work with community-based advocates; and
3. Determine the most effective way to intervene in the criminal justice system on behalf of sexual assault victims without interfering with the criminal justice process.
